Refunds Policy
We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Examples include:
- The formula is not up to regular standards. eg. mould, container not filled to correct volume
- Arrives broken or opened in transit
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Products received differ from which you ordered
If you wish to claim a refund or exchange on your order please email info@stanceglobal.com with 7 days from receiving the goods, including details of the product, and purchase details.
Refunds or replacement notification must be advised within 7 days
